What is a Foodie
“A foodie is someone who when reading a book, novel or nonfiction, and its mentioned in the book that a character had a meal, we want to know, in great detail, what the meal was.”
“A person keenly interested in food, especially in eating or cooking.”
A foodie is an individual who values the experience of food and raise it to an art form.
The term was first coined in 1984 by Ann Levy and Paul Barr in their book, "The Foodie Handbook".
